Having placed an order, you will receive a message from us asking you to select a payment method for the order.
ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WE DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS.
AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT DETAILS, YOU WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT; AFTER THE EXPIRY OF THIS PERIOD, YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED.
After receiving payment details, you will have 48 hours to make the payment. If the order remains unpaid after a lapse of 48 hours, we can cancel your order at any time. If this happens, you will need to place your order again; thus, it is possible that not all the products you have originally ordered will be in stock then.
If you believe you may need more time to make the payment, you can simply contact us and ask for such additional time, and we will give you additional 48 hours.

We send our products throughout the European Union, and all packages are sent very discreetly. Products are packed with the utmost care and caution, in particular, to minimize the amount of shipments. Our shipments are not specially marked in any way that could suggest a pharmaceutical content of the shipment; no markings are ever placed on our shipments.
The size of our parcels is never larger than needed - larger shipments could give rise to unnecessary suspicion. If an order is too large to be put into a single parcel - the order will be automatically divided into two or more shipments. Shipments are sent from different dispatch points in the country where the order has been placed.

We cannot be held responsible for provided incorrect or insufficient address information. Make sure that there are no errors in your address and no information is missing, which might result in failure or delay in delivery. After your order has been confirmed, you CANNOT change it or ask for sending the order to a different address. We send orders to all countries of the European Union and all dispatched international orders are assigned with a shipment number, which is sent to the customer after the dispatch.

Depending on the method of placing an order, selected payment method, arrangement of the payment and provided delivery address, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days.
